For tickets requested within a single application, seats will, when possible, be located next to each other.
For tickets requested within different applications, fans have an opportunity to increase their chances of being seated together by:
either entering their friend’s Group IDduring the ticket application process (note: the Group ID will be visible after the ticket application has been submitted and will also be included in the email notification)
or using the SEAT WITH option during the purchase, i.e.: by entering their friend’s order number in the Order Summary page before making the payment
or using the SEAT WITH option after the purchase, i.e.: by logging into their Ticket Portal account and adding their friend’s order number in the Order History section.
Please note that it is not guaranteed that seats will be located next to each other after using the Group ID or the SEAT WITH options. Adjacent seating is subject to availability.
IMPORTANT:
tickets from different categories cannot be seated together.
tickets purchased by the general public and tickets purchased by fans of the participating teams will be seated in different areas of the stadium.
tickets purchased in different sales phases will not be seated together.
for applications with a mix of standard tickets and accessibility tickets, there are no guarantees that seats will be next to each other (but the companion seat will always be located next to the Easy Access/Wheelchair seat).
If you enter an invalid Group ID (i.e.: non-existing or less/more than 9 digits) in your ticket application, you will not be able to finalise your application (i.e.: you will not get a confirmation).
