If demand exceeds supply, all valid applications received by 14:00 CET on Tuesday 12 December 2023 will go into a lottery to determine the successful applicants.
Your application could be entirely successful, partially successful or not successful at all, i.e.: you could be allocated tickets for all, some or none of the matches you have applied for. However, if you are allocated tickets for a match, you will always be allocated the full number of tickets that you requested for that match. That means that you will never receive fewer tickets than you requested for a specific match if you are successful in the lottery.
If you are successful in the lottery, you will receive an email with a link to pay for your tickets within a given deadline. Please note that it will not be possible to exclude tickets or matches from the payment; you must pay for all the tickets allocated to you. If the payment is not made on time, the application will be cancelled.
The results of the lottery will be announced by 31 January 2024 at the latest.
