When and how can I apply for tickets for UEFA EURO 2024?
Fans can apply for Standard Tickets and Accessibility Tickets for UEFA EURO 2024 until Tuesday 12 December 2023 at 14:00 CET.
The fixtures of the Group Stage phase are now known. Please refer to the tournament schedule, which you can find here.
To apply for tickets, please create an account on the Ticket Portal and complete all the mandatory fields. You will need to provide your personal details, then indicate:
the team you are supporting, if any (“I am a fan of…”)
the match(es) you would like to attend*
the price category you are interested in
the quantity of tickets you would like to apply for
if you accept tickets in other categories
*Based on the team you selected, you will first see the group stage matches of your team. You can click on ALL TEAMS and/or use the filters to display other matches.
If you would like to increase your chances of being seated with friends that are applying separately, you can enter their Group ID number in the dedicated field. This field is not mandatory, but if you decide to enter a Group ID, it must be valid, i.e.: it must be an existing Group ID and it must have 9 digits. If you enter an invalid Group ID, you will not be able to finalise your ticket application (i.e.: you will not get a confirmation).
Once you have completed all the mandatory fields, click on the SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION button at the bottom of the page.
IMPORTANT: Your ticket application will be valid only if you receive a confirmation by email and if you see the below screen after clicking on the SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION button:
Due to the high demand for tickets, the allocation process will be completed by a lottery and will take place once the application window phase has closed.
Your application can be entirely successful, partially successful or not successful at all – i.e.: you could be allocated tickets for all, some or none of the matches you have applied for. However, if you are allocated tickets for a match, you will always be allocated the full number of tickets that you requested for that match.
If you are successful in the lottery (results will be communicated by 31 January 2024 at the latest), you will receive an email with a link to pay for your tickets. If the payment is not made within the given deadline, your application will be cancelled (no fees will be charged). Please note that it will not be possible to exclude tickets or matches from the payment; you must pay for all the tickets allocated to you. Therefore, we recommend to only apply for matches that you are willing to attend.
If your purchase is successful, you will receive an email with a payment confirmation and an invoice from UEFA.
Please note:
You must be at least 18 years old on the last day of the application window to apply for tickets. Minors cannot create an account and apply for tickets, but they can attend the match as guests of the ticket buyer.
If you apply for Accessibility Tickets, you will be asked to provide a valid proof of eligibility. For more details, please click here.
