How and when will I find out about the outcome of my application?

The outcome of your ticket application will be announced by email and in the Ticket Portal by 31 January 2024 at the latest.

If, for any reason, you don’t receive the notification by email, you can log in to the Ticket Portal to check the status of your application. Make sure to use this link: https://euro2024-fans.tickets.uefa.com/

The successful applicants will be invited to proceed with the payment of their tickets. Please note that it will not be possible to exclude tickets or matches from the payment. To secure their tickets, fans will be required to pay for all the allocated tickets within the given deadline. If the tickets are not paid during this time frame, the application will be cancelled.
