What happens if I accept other price categories during the application process? 

You can only apply for one price category per match. However, to increase your chances of being successful in the lottery, you can select the option of accepting tickets in other categories. You can only be upgraded or downgraded by one category – i.e.: if you apply for category 2 tickets but this category is no longer available, you may be allocated tickets of either category 1 or category 3.

Please note that Prime Seats also count as a category. Therefore, if you apply for category 1 tickets and you accept tickets in other categories, you could be upgraded to Prime Seats (or downgraded to category 2). If you apply for Prime Seats, you could be downgraded to category 1.

This selection applies to the entire application, i.e.: you accept tickets in another category, this decision will apply to all the matches you selected.
