What kind of proof of eligibility should I provide?

Fans applying for Accessibility Tickets through the process described here are kindly asked to upload a proof of eligibility on the Ticket Portal. Please provide a document that is commonly and widely accepted in your country of residence

Please note:

• Both sides of a disability ID card must be submitted (where they exist).

• Accessible parking permits/passes are acceptable only if the applicant’s personal details are showing.

• You can only upload 1 file per ticket application. If your proof of eligibility consists of multiple documents, please combine them in 1 single file (e.g.: copy/paste different images in one Word document or merge different PDFs into a single PDF).
