When and how can I pay for my tickets, if my application is successful?

Once the lottery has been completed - no later than 31 January 2024 - all successful applicants will receive an email containing a link to pay for tickets, as well as the deadline for making that payment. At that time, you will be required to provide your payment details.

If the payment is not made within the given deadline, your application will be cancelled. Please note that it will not be possible to exclude tickets or matches from the payment; you must pay for all the tickets allocated to you.

The tickets can be paid using Alipay+ or by using any online enabled debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Payments will be made in EUR. UEFA will not be held responsible for the exchange rates applied or any fees/charges applied by the bank/institution issuing your payment card.

Your purchase is successful only if you receive an email from UEFA with a payment confirmation and a paid invoice. UEFA shall not be held responsible for any problem that fans may encounter with their bank while proceeding with the payment of the tickets.
